The cost of shipping to mainland Spain is FREE if the order is over 99 € including VAT.  For purchases of an inferior amounts, the cost will be 4.90€ peninsula only (6 € for Baleares, 9€ for Canarias and 12€ for Europe all including VAT). If you perform a simulation of your order without being registered with us, by default, the cost of transport will be that for the peninsula/mainland Spain i.e. 4.90€.

 

Delivery of orders are usually within 48 hours from receipt of payment, but there are items that may take up to 5 days depending on their availability. Also, the Balearic Island, Canary Islands and Europe Community delivery times may vary from about 6 to 12 days.  We will inform you of any stock incidences by email once you have placed your order. However if you wish to be informed before you place your order please do not hesitate to contact us for more information on any product.

 

 

Returns.
If you received the wrong product or a product with defects, please send an email to info@criaturascreativas.com or call our customer services 951703233 to explain the situation.  Please indicate whether you wish the products to be replaced or whether you require a refund.  This information should also be noted in the returns form. 
Returns and exchanges can only be issued when the returned product is received by us. It is recommended that you keep proof of shipment if lost in transit.

Satisfaction
We want you to be delighted with our products, so if you receive an item which you are not completely satisfied with, please return it in its original packaging in a perfect condition within 24 hours of receipt for replacement or a refund.
However, please first send us an email:  info@criaturascreativas.com or call our customer service 951703233 in any case. Please note that we do not accept any responsibility for any courier company that is not ours. Please use the Return Form sent with your order.

In both cases (unless damaged in transport which needs to be reported to our courier company) the products must be returned in their original condition, including labels and packaging.  If goods are not returned in this condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange.
